How do I get started?

What information do I need to provide?

It depends on the service. For tax prep, you'll need income records and deduction docs. For bookkeeping, we'll work with whatever you have and help you organize it. We'll give you a clear list once we understand your situation.

I’ve fallen behind on my books. Is it too late?

Not at all. Life happens. It's never too late to get caught up, and we'll be the first ones cheering you on when you're ready to tackle it. Get in touch and we'll make a plan together.

What if I’m disorganized or don’t have all my records?

That's exactly what our bookkeeping cleanup service is for. We'll help you organize what you have, track down what's missing, and get you back on solid ground. No judgment, just practical help.

How much does it cost?

We keep pricing transparent:

  • Bookkeeping Cleanup: $70/hr

  • Tax Prep: from $250 (individuals) or $600 (business)

  • Quarterly Review: from $150/month

  • Full Service Monthly: from $250/month

We'll discuss your needs and give you a clear estimate before you commit.

Can I upgrade my service later level?

Absolutely. Your business changes, and we change with it. Move from annual to quarterly or monthly anytime. No penalties, no long-term contracts.

Do you handle payroll?

Yes! Payroll management is included in the Full Service Monthly package. We work with third party providers to handle processing, tax withholding and filing.

Can you help with business structure (LLC, S-Corp, etc)?

We can help you understand the tax implications of different business structures and can help with relevant tax filings. For the legal formation itself, we recommend working with a business attorney.
